Hi,

I want to install Spira 4.0.0 on windows 2016 server and it connect to an mssql database on azure, but I receive an error message:

The database login you have chosen is not a system administrator of the database.
It will not able to create necessary database objects.
Please try again a sysadmin level account

With the user and pass  I can connect to the database over SSMS.

Thanks,
Ruben

Hi Ruben,

Please contact us at the help desk for more specific support, but in general our installer needs a sysadmin account (SA or equivalent) since it creates the database and user for accessing Spira. This system admin account is not used to run the application, just for the installer to work.

Regards

Jim
