For urgent matters like this, I'd recommend emailing support@inflectra.com. However from what you describe you should only have to change the name of the database server in the SpiraTeam Web.Config file located in the SpiraTeam program folder.
You're welcome to use either, we typically scan the forums a couple of times a week whereas the support system is checked every few hours during our working day. If it's time critical, support may be better, otherwise forums may give you a wider array of responses.
