Feature to tag users, like comments, and refer to other artifacts just like Azure Devops will make like easier.

Thanks for the great idea. It's actually something we're planning on doing (having @tags for users and artifact # tags). The main dependency is to upgrade the rich text editor first to support those features, then we'll have it.
