500 Internal Server Error from Administration Panel

Hi,

I have just installed SpiraTeam and I am attempting to configure some stuff, add users e.t.c in the administration panel I am getting errors such as:

http://rdgsspt01/SpiraTeam/Services/Ajax/SearchService.svc/jsFailed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error)

http://rdgsspt01/SpiraTeam/Services/Ajax/BackgroundProcessService.svc/jsFailed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error)

Administration.aspx:782Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'Ajax' of undefined

Administration.aspx:804Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'Ajax' of undefined

4Administration.aspx:729Uncaught TypeError: Cannot call method 'display' of null

Also, when looking at a user drop down lists don't have any values in, I figure this may be a server configuration issue but maybe you can point me in the right direction?

Hi Steven

If you connect to the server using Remote Desktop (RDP) and open up the Windows Event Viewer, inside the "Application Log", do you see any errors logged from SpiraTeam or ASP.NET?
