How can I rename a workflow transition ?

I couldn`t find a way to rename a transition in a workflow ! Creating new transitions and deleting the old one is a lot of work and error-prone.

At the moment that is correct, there's no way to rename a created transition. It's an enhancement that is on the list of future things to add to the application, however I can't say when it will get added.
