Export everything to excel

Hi,

One of our client want to export everything to excel from spira.

Could you please help me on that and also provide information on how linking will work e.g. Defect is related to Test Case

I have downloaded the add in for excel however when i'm doing import operation it throws below error

Exception from HRESULT: 0x800A03EC

Can you please log a help desk ticket and attach a copy of the spreadsheet (populated) to the help desk ticket.

I am also facing same issue while importing/exporting data from excel after installing add-in.

Could you please help provide information on this.

I see the same isue trying to import test cases from Spira to excel spread sheet.

the question is not about import from spread sheet but to export to spread sheet from Spira...

Hi Anna,

Sorry I wasn't clear.  I meant attach the Excel spreadsheet that you are trying to put the Spira data into.

Are you using the SpiraTest Excel Import Template that you got from https://www.inflectra.com/SpiraTest/Downloads.aspx?

Also, you may want to look at https://www.inflectra.com/Support/KnowledgeBase/KB43.aspx to see if it addresses your problem.

I've got he same error during the import from Spira to Excel. I'm using MS Office 2010 but should not have an influence to import.
