One of the key uses of Time Tracking for our use in SpiraTeam would be for managers to be able to view the timecards at a group level (all resources for a project). Is this possible?

In SpiraTeam you have the Tracking > Resources tab, have you see that. Is that what you're looking for?

Just looked at the Resources tab. I see what you mean. That could work for a few managers. Although, I was unable to successfully apply a filter based on roles.
