Hello Guys,

i have followed the "External Bug Tracking Integration Guide" to create a setup with Synchronisation between newest Release of SpiraTeam and JIRA 5.
When i start the Service on the Windows Server i get following Error displayed multiple times in the Windows Event Viewer:
The first line of the message says "not authorized to create a Release" in German.

Why does this happen and how can i solve this problem?
At least i can see 6 Tickets

Error Inserting/Updating JIRA Issue in SpiraTeam: Nicht berechtigt Release zu erstellen

Sorry, i can´t edit my previous message. I wanted to add: At least i see 6 JIRA tickets in SpiraTeam appearing under Incidents. It always creates the same tickets when starting the Synchronisation the first time - after these 6 tickets nothing else happens, although we have a large amount of tickets in JIRA which aren´t synchronized.

The issue is solved. My SpiraTeam User responsible for the synchronization wasn't having the correct permissions to create a new Release.
