our external users connect themselve to Spira inside a VPN, the direct link to an incident is for example

https://sos.ch.sauter-bc.com/reqtool/21/Incident/,DanaInfo=reqtool.ch.sauter-bc.com+590.aspx

Since the variable ${ID#} is filled with the actual ID plus a prefix # in the best case we would be able to concatenate it to a invalid URL

https://sos.ch.sauter-bc.com/reqtool/21/Incident/,DanaInfo=reqtool.ch.sauter-bc.com+#590.aspx

Is it possible remove this prefix in a future release?

In the current version it's not really possible. However, this was already corrected in v3.1 - to get the number without the hash, it's simply ${ID}.
