Modify Owned Setting for Requirements

The Modify Owned security setting for Requirements does not seem to be working. I have to set this to Modify All for the user role to be able to edit Requirement fields. Is this broken in the current patch? If so, will it be fixed sometime soon?

There are no known issues with this setting, could you please submit a help desk ticket with more details of what you're experiencing.

Hi Adam,

I have clarified this with the user, and it appears that Modify Owner does not allow updates from the Requirements List view. However, I believe this is by design as that is how other screens work as well.
