need help to create custom report to display all user ids, status of user ids(active/inactive), last time they login to the system and days they are not using their user ids.

Hi Sam,
upon using this query for a couple of days, i noticed seeing negative values on the "Days_Unused" column, may i know how can i prevent this? i think those users who are currently logged in when the report is generated triggers negative value.

I think that the value for Days_Unused column for currently active users should be 0 (zero) and cannot get negative..
If the issue still there, please contact support directly in a dedicated ticket and provide some additional details like screenshots, etc.

I’ve noticed the same issue where active users sometimes show negative Days_Unused values, which seems incorrect. It should realistically be 0 for active accounts. A deeper check on the calculation logic might be needed to prevent this.
