Hello,
Is it possible to trigger a notification event by reassigning a test run?
My client would like to have a test set executed by mutliple operator. I'm scratching my head about how to do this in SpiraTest.

It's definitely possible to set up tests to be executed by multiple different people. Please see https://www.inflectra.com/Support/KnowledgeBase/KB297.aspx for more details.
Unfortunately, right now it's not possible to trigger notifications on test runs.
