Test case report to excel - one TC field to one excel's cell

Hi,
I prepared report containing all test cases from my project. But sometimes, some of fields from test case template (description, test steps, expected result etc.) are exported to more than one cell in excel. Such behaviour is typical when sign of new line appears in TC template field. Then for each sign of new line in field from TC (description, test steps etc) new row is generated in excel. Is there any possibility to modify my repot in SpiraTest to create excel report where whole value for one Spira TC field is exported to one and only one cell in excel?

Hi Kasia

You might want to try using the MS-Excel 2003+ format instead, that will keep it to one cell.

Hi Jim,

Thank you for your advice but in report generated to excel 2003 format all signs of new lines in specific TC fields are ignored. Is there any possibility to generate report to excel format where whole value for one Spira TC field is exported to one and only one cell in excel and where text formating for all test case fields is saved?
