LDAP Settings

Hi,

We are looking to intergrate Spira with our network logins. We have already been using Spira and have several users set up with the same username as their network log on.

When we intergrate the systems, what will happen to these users, will they be remembered/merged with the network accounts? If not, is there any way for us to do this.

Hi Ben

Those users can be switched over to LDAP very easily (so that all of their artifacts remain linked), just go to Administration > View/Edit Users, find the user in question and then change his/her LDAP DN to the correct one and that will switch them over to LDAP-managed.
