I am trying to connect to our spira server from SpiraImportTemplate2010, but always getting an error: unable to authenticate with Server, please check user name and password and try again. The link is https://developer.sicap.com/spira/. I removed .

Try changing https to http (remove the s). If you are still having trouble, could you please log a Help Desk ticket?
