Unable to Close Incident despite being owner

On occasion we have had an issue were by tester who is assigned defect has not been able to close the incident as the workflow option has been missing.

I can’t see anything different with these defects that has prevented the close action from being displayed.

When I changed the detected to value you to match the assigned to value the workflow was displayed.

Any ideas?

Hi Martin,

One possibility is that those incidents were a different "type". The incident workflow can be customized for each type of incident (bug, enhancement, documentation, etc.). You can check that under Administration -> Incidents -> Edit Types.
