Unable to view cases on the Test case dashboard

I am unable to view my test cases or the number of test cases on the test case dashboard.
i uploaded the test cases from excel and yet it shows zero cases on the dashboard after successful import.
I am not sure if i have changed any settings. How to fix this?

Please help.

Hi Apoorva,

Are you sure you are looking at the same project that you uploaded the test cases into?

I'm not sure what you mean by the test case dashboard. Try looking at the main test case list (Testing -> Test Cases).  Make sure you clear the filter and select "All Levels".

If you still don't see your test cases, could you please log a Help Desk ticket? Please include a detailed description and a full screen shot.
