Is it possible to change a test case status from Caution or N/A back to Not Run?

Yes you can either:

• Add a test step to the test case
• Use Edit > Block Test Cases
  • then Edit > Unblock Test Cases

Hi Jim, thank you for the recommendation, however those did not work at all. 

Adding a new test step within the test case and marking it as blocked just displays it as blocked.  The Test Execution Status of a completed test run cannot be edited -- even if it has N/A or Caution in any of the steps.    Yes, the test case can be re-executed and passed or failed but the fields do not allow me to roll it back to Not Run
