Excel importing, I get error when trying to export to Spira Test and using the very same steps as directed in the video

Good-day,

I get the following error message when trying to export my excel template into spira test, is there something that I am doing wrong as I am following the exact steps being shown in the youtube video for exporting?

Message Below;

  • Export failed with 79 errors. Please look in the column to the right of the
    data for the appropriate error message.

Error in the excel template message;

  • The message filter indicated that the application is busy. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8001010A (RPC_E_SERVERCALL_RETRYLATER))

 

What do these mean and am I doing something wrong or have I missed out on something? Please help

Hi

That error message usually means "Excel is busy" and is very environment specific. Could you try closing and reopening Excel to see if that makes a difference. If not, can you please log a help desk ticket for more specific support.
