If a test case is edited during a test run, is there a way to make the test case current in the test run?
Yes that is possible if you run the test case when it is of type "Exploratory".
Change the test cases to type "Exploratory" and then this is possible.

However, the "Exploratory" option is not available in the test case picture.
How do I get this as an option in the drop down list?
