Is there a way to get the SpiraTest's current server Time?
The main use case is for a running syncing process. It can be used for looking for new incidents from previous sync time for the following API query.
https://api.inflectra.com/Spira/Services/v5_0/RestService.svc/projects/{project_id}/incidents/recent?start_row={start_row}&number_rows={number_rows}&creation_date={creation_date}

The API calls generally expect UTC (GMT) rather than the server time so there is not currently an API function to get the server date/time.
