Associations Types

Hi,

When I associate two requirements I can only choose between the types "Related-to" and "Depends-on" . But I can filter by more types. How can I use those types and can I add more types? Those two types are not enough.

Thanks, Christine!

Hi Christine,

The additional types (GANTT Types) will be added in the near future.

They have been added to the filter list in anticipation of the future functionality (GANTT chart).

Hi,

thanks for your answer. Does that mean I cant add new types by myself? And the Type "Implicit" will be also available in the future?

Thanks

Christine

Hi Christine,

No they are a fixed set.

Implicit is for those that are derived (Requirement - Test Case - Test Run - Incident gives an implicit Requirement - Incident) link.

Great! As this thread is reopened, I hope that it is coming soon.

Associations  - that is great Spira's feature!

And I hope, that adding new types won't take you a lot. Link tasks in a project - Microsoft Support

So we need usual for types of dependencies like ion usual Gantt (better with an ability to set a lag): Add lead or lag time to a task - Microsoft Support
