I have a custom incident field that is a boolean. I want to set the default value to yes when a new incident is created. Cannot find how in either the custom fields or in the workflow. l
Please follow the steps below:
1. Edit the custom field (Setting > Custom Properties> Edit Definition (Boolean Field))
2. Go to Options and select the checkbox to default it to True.
