1. Bug created in SpiraTest.
2. Bug is synced and appear in TFS 2015.
3. Change the bug status in TFS. Status not able to reflect in SpiraTest and event log shown as below.

Hi Jess
That means the user that is being used to do the synchronization (i.e. the one that is listed in the DataSyncService.exe.config file, the DesktopDataSync or CloudSync) is not authorized with a Spira role to create/modify incidents in the project being synched.
