Report to extract Change Date of Owner from history

Hi,

I need a report to say how long an incident has been assigned to a user.

Even a simple one to say Inc ID, Owner, Change Date should do.

I am able to see this info for each incident, but not in a report/extract form for a selection on incidents.

Please could anyone help.
