I would like to create a Requirements Detailed report in word format.
When creating the report in word 2003/2007 formats I have a few issues:
Both these items show up correctly in the html/pdf formats.
Any ideas how to get both these to show up in the word formats?

Please upgrade to the latest version (6.5.2 at time of writing) and then use the MS-Word format (not the MS-Word legacy).

I have now updated to v6.5.2.0.
If I use the MS-WORD option, the tables show up fine but any embedded images show up as a red cross.
If I use the MS-WORD(legacy) option, the tables disappear but any embedded images work fine.
Any suggestion on how to get both tables and images working together?
