Hi, I am trying to get our spira data into Power Bi to produce some reports, but getting a "Access to the resource is fobidden" when connecting using the odata option. Looking into the odata api it looks like this doesn't work with spira test. Is there another way this can be done?

You need to have SpiraPlan not SpiraTest or SpiraTeam for the ODATA feature.
