Setting an incident template

I know creating an incident from a test case will set up a template, but can you set up a template similar to the one created from the test case, so those not using a specific test case can enter an incident and we can guarantee we have the same information available for research?

Not currently I'm afraid. It'sa planned enhancement though.

This was implemented in 2022 as a new SpiraApp allowing you to have a default template/description for artifacts such as incidents.
