We're just setting up Spira Test for use and wanted to change some of the terminology in the program to match what we've been using for a while. Is it possible to alter one of the language packs to change certain phrases Spira Test uses? If so, how?

Yes you can do that by modifying the various .resx files that are located in the App_GlobalResources folder in the system.
