Default focus when editing a row of a list

When editing a row or creating a new row in a list (such as Test Cases or Requirements), it would be very helpful to have the focus change to the Name field so that I don't have to click there every time.  And then a shortcut for the "Save and New" button would allow me not to have to use the mouse at all when adding a bunch of items.

Thanks for the feedback. You can use the ENTER key to save the row and ESC to cancel editing.
