Would like information as to how other users are reporting on severity.

We would like to have the graphs on the reporting tab report on severity instead of priority.

Since this can't be changed, we were wondering how other users are reporting on severity.

Anyone have any ideas?

We plan on adding severity as an option in the future?

You could also run the Incident Summary Report in Excel format and use Excel's graphs instead.

I'd prefer the general reporting to be on Severity as well. The way we use it is that the reporter reports on the severity (business and user impact), whilst the priority relates to the resolving of the  issue.  Thus, whilst all incidents have a Severity level - not all incidents have a priority (until up to be addressed)

Yes, in the standard reports on either the Incident Summary or Detailed, you can multi-select Severity. You can also create custom reports as well. https://spiradoc.inflectra.com/Reporting/Custom-Report-Tutorial/

The dashboard widgets for incidents also support using severity vs. priority.
