Cannot create TestSet any more

There is a testSet contains about 1000 cases in my project. I deleted this test set. Then I found I cannot do any operation in TestSet page now.

It always report below error. Please provide your help on this issue.

"System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: Timeout expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding."
