SpiraTest Report Bug

Hello

This is in Version 3.2.

  1. Create an Incident Summary Report (A) with the following parameters
    • Format = EXCEL
    • Sort Field = % Complete
  2. Create a second Incident Summary Report (B) with the following parameters
    • Format = EXCEL
    • Sort Field = Incident #
The bug is that Report A contains 90 (399) less records than Report B (489) - there is no difference between the reports except the Sort Field condition.

I can send you the attachments - what was frustrating about this is that I spent too much time trying to figure out why EXCEL wasn't "counting" correctly.

My mistake for thinking that SpiraTest would at least report EXACTLY on what is in database.

Cheers
J

Hi Jonathan

I believe that this was fixed in the patch 15 update to v3.2, have you checked to see if you're on the latest patch level (15).

Adam
