Insert link using Excel

How to link Test Step to the Test Case using Excel?

I've tried to do it other way round, i.e. imported to Excel Test Steps containing links. These has imported as 'Call' + TC ID. I then did try to export this, and it did not exported as link.

No, that's not possible, links can only be added through the web interface.
