Timeout When Filtering Requirements

We just purchased a SpiraTest licenses and after importing approximately 35,000 requirements, we are getting a timeout when trying to apply filters to the requirements page. We tried rebuilding the indexes, but that didn't solve the issue. Is there any way to fix this?

System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: Timeout expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding.

What version of SpiraTest are you using?

There was a known performance issue in v3.2 regarding applying filters that was fixed in 4.0.
