Custom Columns - Incident Screen - for tracking purposes?

Hi Spira Support,

Had a question. probably overlooked the answer somewhere on here, apologies in advance if i have.

I wanted to know if i could add custom columns to the incident tracking screen?
For example, i might want to have a column which is numeric and i could values 1-20 and that could then be used to prioritise defects with a external vendor?
another example would be the ability to define a phase within a project/release which the defect was detected i.e. SALES phase or ONBOARDING phase etc.

Appreciate any thoughts on this.

Hi Paul

You can add custom properties to the incident screen in two steps:

1) As an administrator of the project, go to Administration > Edit Custom Properties and add the appropriate fields to the project

2) Once that's done, any user can go to Tracking > Incidents and use Show/Hide Columns to display these new column(s).
