Reports - Owners and Projects

Is there a way to run a report on all the projects a particular owner might have/had in SpiraTest?

Also, once a report is marked "Inactive", are those projects still going to be displayed in the reporting feature?  We normally mark projects inactive once the project has been completed.  If there is a best practice for marking a project completed in SpiraTest, please let me know.

Not currently, the reporting module is currently limited to per-project reports. You can run a report on each project that checks the Owner field for particular artifacts.

Do you mean in the second question, if a project is marked as Inactive?

Correct.  If the project is marked inactive, can I still run reports on it?

No, because the project won't appear in the dropdown that lets you navigate to the reports page. You would need to temporarily make it active again.
