There is a menu that displays for each incident the associated requirement?

I am looking through the application a page that display the incidents with their associated requirement. But in the "show-hide columns" this field is missing.

How could I get this page or report?

You can click on an incident, then in the Associations tab you'll see the associated requirements.

Conversely if you click on a requirement, in the Associations tab you'll see the associated incidents.

But that option only gives me the information for one incident. I am looking for one table with the full list of incidents and his associated requirement.
