SpiraTest to JIRA only syncing in one direction

I have a SpiraTest 3.0 installation and a currently a couple projects configured to sync with JIRA.  I've gone through the setup documentation several times now and still can't get incidents originated in SpiraTest to appear in the JIRA database.  Bugs, Issues, etc. created in JIRA are replicated in SpiraTest as expected.

I was guessing it was due to user restrictions, but I'm only using two users and I've granted them all rights in all projects in both systems now and still nothing.  Are there other settings somewhere else I need to check?

If you look in the Application Event Log on the SpiraTest server are there any errors being thrown from the SpiraTest Data Sync Service? If you click Force Resync in SpiraTest, does it cause any of the items to appear in JIRA (that originated in SpiraTest)?

Hello,

I am having the same problem with SpiraTest 3.2.
There don't seem to be any errors (in SpiraTest is it shown as successful too) but the defects do not get transferred from SpiraTest to Jira.

Please advice.

Thank you.

There should be errors in the Application Event log on the spiratest server. Try doing a force resync and see if the errors appear.
