After all the mapping was done, as stated in the online manualref:
Requirements are handled OK.But all other issues from Jira is mapped towards Incidents, and Tasks in Spira is completely empty.What is the correct way of handling this, so that we get Tasks + Sub-Tasks mapped correctly in Spira from JiraAnd what is needed to do for the existing Incidents that have already synced
Tasks are not currently handled by the data synchronization (as outlined in the manual).
We plan on adding tasks support in the near future.
