Incidents not migrating over to TFS

For 5 days now have had issues with one product not migrating over incidents to to TFS.  I see unhandled excep[tion and Data synchronization is not enabled for the project but it is enabled.  I double checked everything and do not understand why only one product is just stop migrating. 

Is anyone else having this issue and what was done to resolve it.  I really need a resolution since our defects are not making it to our developers.
