Hi all,

First of all, I would thank your for your assistance and your product is matching our need perfectly.

Here is my issue :

I do have the SpiraTest 4.0. When i choose to have an incident report summary/detailed and i choose whatever type of file to open with ( for instance i choose Excel 2007 because i want to have answers from the developpement team about the incidents) , the report can be open with Excel but it doesn't bring all the incidents and it stops at lets say #1981 knowing that there are much more than that. What can I do to resolve the problem because my team is unable to report all the incidents.

I tried other PDF or Word but the same problem remains

Hi Walid

We're glad that you like our product and we're sorry that you're having issues with some of the reports.

I would upgrade to SpiraTest v4.2 and use the MS-Word, MS-Excel 2007+ formats and it will fix your issue.
