Extension 'UFT' was not loaded or was in error condition.

1.In SpiraTest, set Automation Engine is UFT

2.Auto run and RemoteLaunch show error (RED X)

3.testcase Execution Status is bolcked and show message "Extension 'UFT' was not loaded or was in error condition. Could not run TCxxx"

4.Please help how to resolve it! Thanks!

BTW, use another SpiraTest auto run is OK.
