Unable to login to SpiraTest after a fresh installation RSS Feed

We have SpiraTest version 3.1.   SpiraTest was re-installed from scratch.

When I tried to login using the credentials as specified in the documentation (Username: Administrator and Password: PleaseChange)

I got the following error message: “Invalid user name or password entered, please try  again”.

I would be very grateful if you could advise regarding the issue described above.

You should try:

Login: administrator (lowercase)
Password: PleaseChange (mixed case)

If that doesn't work, please can you log this as a help desk ticket and we'd be more than happy to assist you.

I have tried it and also tried other combinations  and it did not work.

I will log the issue  as a help desk ticket.
