If I add some incident with description and 'new' status and save it, than it would be saved. And if after that I update status and description and save it, I'll be notified that changes are saved. But after several minutes if I open this incident again, I'll notice that all changes are returned to original version.
Are you running a synchronization service with another tool like Jira or Azure DevOps, that could cause this?
