At the beginning I had a single project and we defined some workflows for different incident types. In the meantiime I have much more projects, which have been based on the first one, but we learned now that we have to adapt some workflows and invent a new workflow.
The only possibility I see at the moment is to adapt the workflow in each single project and also to create the new workflow for each project (Effort times number of projects ????)
Is there a better way to do this ?
Unfortunately you are correct, there is no automated way to sync workflows between existing projects.

I am facing the same situation like Thomas. I consider it very annoying to change all the workflows manually. Could you consider synchronization/cloning of workflows between different projects in some future release?

Hi there,
We're in the same page, I'm trying to make a "default" Incident Workflow for us for all projects, not SpiraTeam default ones, but yet to find a way, probably it's not possible to do so.
If we can't do that from system settings, cloning across projects as lukoil mentioned is also a good way we expect from SpiraTeam
