Hi all
By defaul,t when executing a test case, a test run is created but is not displayed (runs list) until it is completed .
These open runs are visible only in "My pending tests Runs" section.
Status of the test case is still shown as "not run" even if a few steps have been executed
We can not then properly identify if a case is really not run or pending.
Our business case : there are end to end test cases with different steps involving different user so the full execution can take some time ( > 1day)
How can we then measure the ratio of not started cases vs in progress (not Fail/ Caution/Blocked) ?
Is there any customs report which can be shared with us ? we found (with support team) https://www.inflectra.com/Support/KnowledgeBase/KB862.aspx which is extracting Pending test runs only.
Hello,
We will check this and get back to you.

Dear Laurent,
Thank you for your patience.
I would recommend logging a support ticket if you need more assistance. That can help us to keep 1) a correct tracking and 2) we can reassign it to any other support engineer, if needed.
Please check this Knowledge Base article - it displays the total count of the test cases based on the test runs: completed, pending and no runs at all:https://www.inflectra.com/Support/KnowledgeBase/KB902.aspx
Please let us know if that helped.
And if you have any questions, please email or call us at +1 (202) 558-6885
