How to setup email comment addition to incidents? RSS Feed

Hi, spirateam v4.0 has feature to include comments to incidents through email replies. How to set this up. The notification is working for us.
Does it have something to do with reply-to email address on the admin screen? Is there a section on the user manual / admin manual that explains this?

Hi Adam, i have managed to get an email & pop3 accounts to work. Looks like the last step to resolve, can you please help me fix below message?

There is a message in the email box with Subject: RE: [IN-195] SpiraTeam - Incident #195 has been assigned to you.

This is from the server log, there is a warning message by InflectraEmailPoll application:
Following message on the server did not pass filters --
Subject: RE: [IN-195] SpiraTeam - Incident #195 has been assigned to you.
Msg UID: D2WE34@ukxxmail01.dd.gggggg
For reason: No return path in message. Likely postmaster message.
