You have insufficient licenses available to access this API

Hi All,

I'm getting below exception while accessing the Spira v3.x SOAP web services using Java.
"You have insufficient licenses available to access this API with this user (28)".

I'm doing update as well as retrieval of the records from Spira.

Could anyone tell me what might be the issue.

Hi Girish

Connecting via. the API uses up one of the concurrent user licenses available, it sounds like you have all the concurrent user licenses in-use when you try and connect, causing you to exceed your allowed license count. Please contact sales@inflectra.com to increase the number of licenses you have.
