Nunit integration with spira

I read the article of Integrating Spira with Nunit -  https://www.inflectra.com/Documents/SpiraTest-Team%20Automated%20Testing%20Integration%20Guide.pdf

We followed the instructions and we were successful in running a test from Nunit and report to Spira according to Spiratest parameters such as : TestSet id, Project id ,test case id....

The question are:
1. How to run  Nunit tests from Spira from automation tab?

2. How to set parameters in SpiraTestConfiguration attribute for multiple tests without     change each test individually (for example: insert the variables attribute dynamically and not hardcoded)
